Welcome to Havenwood Cabins! We’re thrilled you’re here — truly. Before you settle in, sip your coffee, and enjoy the view, we ask that you take a moment to read through our Terms of Service. They’re designed to protect you, protect us, and keep everything running smoothly so your stay is exactly what it should be: exceptional. 

By using our website, booking platform, or staying in one of our cabins, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, we recommend pausing your booking or reaching out so we can help. 

• All reservations require payment information and confirmation at checkout.
• Rates and fees are clearly displayed — no hidden surprises.
• Your reservation isn’t officially yours until you receive a confirmation email from us (we know, the excitement is real).

• Check-in and check-out times are listed on your booking confirmation.
• We ask that you honor these times so our cleaning team can work their magic.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available if the schedule allows — feel free to ask!

We keep things simple:

• Treat the cabin like you would your own home (or better).
• Follow posted safety instructions, appliance guides, and any property-specific rules.
• Please don’t host large, unregistered parties, film a reality show, or attempt to live out your lumberjack dreams with unauthorized tree cutting.
• Basically: enjoy yourself, be respectful, and let the forest stay… a forest.

 Accidents happen — spilled coffee, a broken glass, or a rogue suitcase scuffing a wall. Just let us know.
Intentional damage, excessive mess, or unreported incidents may result in extra charges so we can restore the cabin for the next guest. 

• Some cabins may have exterior security cameras (never inside).
  Tampering with or disabling safety equipment (cameras, smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, etc.) is a no-go.
• If you ever feel unsafe or something seems off, contact us right away. We’re here to help.

If the cabin you booked is pet-friendly, wonderful — we love well-behaved furry friends. If it is not, please do not attempt stealth operations with your “very quiet” 80-pound golden retriever. Fees may apply for unauthorized pets. 

By visiting our site, you agree not to harm it with attempts at hacking, scraping, or digital wizardry of questionable intent. We use cookies to improve your experience — the digital kind, not the baked ones (those you’ll find in our welcome kit). 

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items — but we’ll always do our best to help recover them. Our team has reunited many guests with sunglasses, chargers, and occasionally, childhood stuffed animals. 

We want your stay to be relaxing, memorable, and free from surprises — unless it’s the pleasant kind, like spotting a family of deer on your morning coffee walk. That said, cabins and natural settings come with a few inherent risks.

By booking and staying with us, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Outdoor areas may involve uneven terrain, steps, rocks, wildlife, weather changes, and other natural conditions.
• Use of amenities — including hot tubs, fire pits, grills, decks, ladders, and outdoor equipment — should always follow posted instructions and common-sense safety.
• Children must be supervised at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
• Havenwood Cabins and its owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of the property, unsafe behavior, ignoring guidelines, or natural outdoor conditions beyond our control.
• Guests assume responsibility for their own actions and the actions of everyone in their group while on the property.

We work hard to maintain safe, well-cared-for spaces — and we kindly ask guests to enjoy them responsibly. If you ever see something concerning or out of place, let us know right away so we can address it quickly.

We may update these terms occasionally to stay current with laws, technology, or general common sense. When we do, the updated version will be posted right here.
